RulePrep — Privacy notice (UK GDPR)
Version 0.4, 1 November 2026 (0.4: waitlist section for the public coming-soon page, per Darren via Wren 1 Nov 2026; 0.3: AI operations assistant described by category only; 0.2: processors filled in from the providers' own pages, checked 31 October 2026).
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Darren Anderson, trading as RulePrep, United Kingdom. Contact: support@ruleprep.com. We have no Data Protection Officer (none is required for a business of our size and type).
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this site, we collect:
- Business email (required) — so we can send you one email when the Subscription Rules Pack is available.
- Business name (optional) — to personalise that email and keep our records clear.
The lawful basis is consent (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You give consent by submitting the form. We keep your details until launch (or until you ask us to delete them), send that one email, then delete the waitlist entry unless you become a customer through a later order. We will not use the waitlist for any other marketing. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing support@ruleprep.com from the address you used. We do not sell your data.
We store waitlist data in Cloudflare D1 (see processors below).
What else we may collect later
When the pack goes on sale, we will also process order and payment details as described in the table below. Until then, those rows do not apply to this coming-soon page.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics.
Who we share data with
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, D1 database and related infrastructure. Transfers under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.
We may also share data with HMRC, professional advisers or the police where the law requires. We do not send waitlist emails through a third-party email provider yet; when we do, we will name it here before the launch email goes out.
Your rights
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it (including withdrawing waitlist consent); or move it to another provider. Email support@ruleprep.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
Email support@ruleprep.com with "Data protection complaint" in the subject. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
